Site Head - Solar

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage renewable energy projects in Rajasthan, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure project success
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact delivery
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and environmental requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency and sustainability
• Contribute to the development of innovative renewable energy solutions and technologies
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate renewable energy projects with other business operations
• Represent Adani in industry forums, conferences, and networking events
