Key Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue emerging business opportunities in the packaging space to ensure a strong competitive position.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their specific needs and providing tailored packaging solutions.
Issue Resolution :
Act as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
Forecasting & Reporting :
Provide accurate sales forecasts and detailed performance reports to senior management, highlighting KPIs and recommending improvements.
Data-Driven Sales Optimization :

Market Intelligence :

Requirements :
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the packaging industry.
