Business Development Manager - IT

Job descriptionIdentify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Generate and qualify leads, initiate conversations, and set up meetings with prospects. Present Fusion Factor's services, value propositions, and solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Work with internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure client expectations are met. Collaborate on developing customized proposals and presentations. Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools and maintain accurate records. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Provide feedback from clients to improve services and identify new market trends.
Qualifications :
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or IT Sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT.
