Job Title : PeopleSoft FSCM Consultant (Contract)

Work Location : Remote (India)

Shift Timing : 6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM IST

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft FSCM (Financials and Supply Chain Management) Consultant with a strong background in implementation, configuration, and support of various FSCM modules. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10+ years of relevant PeopleSoft FSCM experience, with proven expertise in end-to-end project execution, problem-solving, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support PeopleSoft FSCM implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Work extensively on core FSCM modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Management (AM), Purchasing (PO), Expenses, and Billing.

Configure and customize PeopleSoft FSCM applications based on client requirements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate them into functional / technical specifications.

Perform system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.

Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare documentation, and recommend process improvements.

Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Technical, Functional, and Business Users) to ensure smooth project delivery.

Provide knowledge transfer and training sessions to end users and junior consultants when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM applications.

Hands-on expertise in at least 3–4 FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, AM, PO, Billing, Expenses, etc.).

Strong exposure to implementation and upgrade projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle production support activities under tight deadlines.

Familiarity with PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Integration Broker (preferred but not mandatory if role is purely functional).

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with global teams and business stakeholders.

Flexibility to work in night shifts (6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM IST) to support US / Global clients.

Nice to Have :

Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI and Reporting tools (nVision, BI Publisher, PS Query).

Exposure to cloud migration or integration with other ERP systems.

Prior experience working with multinational clients across different regions
