Must-Haves to Thrive :

• 4–5 years of solid IT experience working with US / EMEA / AUS clients.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10 / Server troubleshooting.
• Strong command over DHCP, DNS, RDS, FNP, and network configurations.
• Exposure to VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and backup solutions.
• Excellent communication & customer handling skills in a global environment.
