Odoo Developer

Job Description

Assist in the development and customization of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory,

Accounting, HR, etc.)

Understand client requirements and translate them into technical / functional solutions.

Learn and participate in full software development life cycle (SDLC) using Odoo framework

(Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript).

Support in Odoo implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.

Work with technical teams to troubleshoot and debug Odoo-related issues.

Prepare documentation for developed modules and features.

Keep up to date with new features and updates in Odoo.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Basic understanding of Python, DSA, PostgreSQL, and Object-Oriented Programming.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn Odoo development and ERP processes.

Knowledge of ERP systems or prior internship in ERP / CRM projects.

Exposure to Linux-based systems.

Familiarity with Git version control.

Understanding of business workflows in Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.
