Chief Technology Architect - Software Development

Job Summary :

We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Chief Technology Architect with deep expertise in J2EE and AngularJS technologies to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

This role involves defining the technology strategy, setting architectural standards, and driving innovation across development teams to align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and establish the overall architecture and technology strategy for enterprise solutions leveraging J2EE and AngularJS frameworks.
• Lead and mentor development teams in implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications following best practices and design patterns.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and other architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring alignment with architectural principles and standards.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, security, performance, and usability across front-end and back-end components.
• Drive adoption of Agile and DevOps practices to accelerate delivery and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles.
• Facilitate architectural reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
