Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Developer to support reporting, validation, and reconciliation of ETL data across multiple systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, solid SQL / BigQuery expertise, and the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency of business-critical data. You will work closely with data engineering and business teams to troubleshoot mismatches, design validation checks, and provide reliable reporting for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery for large-scale data processing

Strong proficiency in SQL, including query optimization techniques

Intermediate-level Python programming skills for scripting, automation, and data manipulation

Familiarity with shell scripting (a plus)

Proven experience with ETL frameworks and building scalable data pipelines

Working knowledge of Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration

Practical experience using GitHub for version control and team collaboration

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or additional GCP services

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and industry best practices
