Hiring : Assistant Manager - Product Sports Merchandiser
- Assisting in developing and implementing product merchandising plans and strategies for Skechers Sports Equipment category.
- Supporting the Category Manager in selecting the right products to meet customer demand and align with brand standards.
- Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels, and minimizing overstock or out-of-stock situations.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends, understand customer behavior, and make informed decisions about buying, product placement and promotion.
- Helping to create and maintain visually appealing displays and store layouts that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient inventory flow.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and events.

- Preparing reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key merchandising metrics.
- Working closely with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to align merchandising efforts.

- Identifying and resolving any issues related to merchandising, buying or production.
- Training sales staff and other departments on sports equipment products.
Job Requirement
Experience in the sports equipment business preferredExperience in retail or e-commerce industry is preferredKnowledge of merchandising principles and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills
