Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Program Manager to plan, execute, and oversee projects at Hack2skill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives end-to-end—ensuring on-time delivery, managing resources, and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks while ensuring quality execution.

What You’ll Do

As a full-time Program Manager, you will :

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and resource allocation.
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedules, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Establish and maintain strong vendor / partner relationships.
