Quality Head - Retort & Frozen Foods

Job Location : Ahmedabad, Bavla

Description

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across our retort & frozen product lines.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, BRC, FDA and other international food safety standards.

Prepare and manage external & internal audits (BRC, FDA, customer audits) successfully.

Drive continuous improvement in product quality, processes, and documentation.

Manage customer complaints and ensure effective CAPA implementation.

Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to maintain highest standards

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retort & frozen food industry (Ready-to-Eat / Ready-to-Cook preferred).

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems & audit preparedness (BRC / FDA).

Proven track record in handling external audits and certifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
