Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site legal associate’s role that involves assisting and managing Frido’s legal compliance, anddrafting and negotiating commercial agreements, reviewing and analyzing intellectual property related documents. The legal associate will also be required to work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Effective drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing commercial agreements.

2. Research on laws applicable to Frido’s business.

3. Timely communication with the teams for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

4. Reviewing trademark and designs applications to be filed for Frido’s IP.

5. Attempt at being up-to-date with laws applicable to Frido.

Qualifications

• 1. Lawyer (LL.B Graduate);
• 2. Expertise in corporate / business laws applicable to Frido;
• 3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;

4. Ability to take initiative and work under minimal supervision; and

5. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

2. Workdays : Monday – Saturday

3. Work Hours : 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM

4. Location : Pune (Work from Office – On-site)
