Job descriptionOversee overall medical administration and ensure smooth functioning of hospital operations. Ensure compliance with medical protocols, statutory regulations, and accreditation standards (NABH, JCI, etc.). Coordinate with department heads for quality patient care and clinical governance. Supervise medical staff performance, discipline, and rostering. Monitor hospital infection control practices and safety standards. Support management in policy formulation, audits, and performance reviews.
Qualification & Experience :
- MBBS with MHA (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in hospital administration.
