- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.Skills Required
