Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new leads and convert them into potential clients.
- Pitch interior design, construction, and real estate services to individual and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and operations team for proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations as needed.
- Track sales activities and report regularly to management.
Requirements :
Proven experience (2–4 years) in sales / business development within interior design, construction, or real estate .Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to generating business.Should be comfortable working from office in Noida, Sector 132 .What We Offer :
