Key Responsibilities :

1. YouTube Operations : Prior experience in handling end-to-end YouTube channel operations (uploading, scheduling, optimizing).

2. Campaign Ideation : Ability to brainstorm and execute marketing ideas for campaigns, promotions, and content amplification.

3. Project & Finance Tracking : Skilled in maintaining project agreements, timelines, and ensuring smooth payment / closure follow-ups.

4. Cross-Team Coordination : Comfortable liaising with the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) team for integrated promotional activities.

5. SEO Knowledge : Understanding of YouTube SEO—tags, descriptions, thumbnails, keywords—to enhance content visibility and reach.

6. Analytical Skills : Ability to monitor YouTube analytics and suggest strategies for growth.

7. Communication & Organization : Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.

Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in YouTube Ops.
• Fluent in Bengali Language.
• Creativity and willingness to learn new tools and trends.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
