Key Responsibilities :

• YouTube Operations : Prior experience in handling end-to-end YouTube channel operations (uploading, scheduling, optimizing).
• Campaign Ideation : Ability to brainstorm and execute marketing ideas for campaigns, promotions, and content amplification.
• Project & Finance Tracking : Skilled in maintaining project agreements, timelines, and ensuring smooth payment / closure follow-ups.
• Cross-Team Coordination : Comfortable liaising with the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) team for integrated promotional activities.
• SEO Knowledge : Understanding of YouTube SEO—tags, descriptions, thumbnails, keywords—to enhance content visibility and reach.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to monitor YouTube analytics and suggest strategies for growth.
• Communication & Organization : Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
