Job descriptionWrite well-designed, efficient, and testable code using best practices and coding standards. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and security. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Make recommendations for improvements to enhance the development process. Document software functionalities, technical specifications, and project-related information. Collaborate with the testing team to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Participate in the debugging and resolution of issues. Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 6-8 years of professional experience in Java development. Strong knowledge of Java programming language and object-oriented design principles. Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. Experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript & AJAX. Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. Knowledge of software development methodologies, tools & processes. Understanding of software testing principles and experience with testing frameworks. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Prior experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus. Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React is a bonus.
