Role Responsibilities :
- Support customer onboarding and loan processing under supervision.
- Log cases in system and follow SOP for disbursement and sanction compliance.
- Assist in customer requirement handling and product cross-selling.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure adherence to audit and regulatory norms.
