Manager - B2B Sales of the Role :
The Manager B2B Sales will be responsible for leading and scaling Moustaches B2B vertical through strategic acquisition and retention of B2B partners, including travel agencies, corporates, educational institutions, travel planners, and resellers. The role will focus on building a sustainable and profitable partner network across India (and globally where applicable), directly contributing to revenue growth, occupancy levels, and overall brand visibility.
Key Roles & Growth & Planning :
- Define the B2B sales channel strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Develop quarterly and annual business plans, identifying high-potential and scalable segments.
Business Development & Partner Acquisition :
Identify, pitch, and onboard high-value travel agencies, DMCs, corporates, and institutional partners.Build strong sales funnels and ensure continuous expansion of partner networks.Relationship Management & Retention :
Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key partners.Design loyalty / retention programs, engagement activities, and exclusive offers for partners.Sales & Revenue Delivery :
Own and drive B2B revenue targets, ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals.Maintain and track a strong sales pipeline for predictable revenue flow.Product & Packaging Coordination :
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design tailored packages and customized experiences.Support innovation in B2B offerings based on market and partner feedback.Team Leadership :

Must-Have Skills & Background :
8 to 10 years of proven B2B sales experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or OTA industry.Strong professional network of travel agents, DMCs, and corporates across major Indian metros.Deep understanding of domestic travel demand, group travel patterns, and institutional travel behavior.Strong negotiation and contracting skills with expertise in rate strategy.Demonstrated ability to manage distributed sales teams with accountability for business targets.Desirable Qualities :
