Our inside sales team connects passionate learners with programs that build careers and change lives. We are now looking for a next-generation sales leader who can blend technology, psychology, and inspiration to drive revenue growth in 2025 and beyond.
The Role
We’re not looking for a “results-driven, synergy-loving manager.” We’re looking for a coach, technologist, and motivator-in-chief rolled into one. Someone who can inspire a Gen Z-heavy team, harness AI and data as daily tools (not cosmetic buzzwords), and build a culture where energy and imagination deliver as much as persistence and KPIs.
You will own the inside sales engine at Medvarsity, redefining how we qualify, nurture, and close leads — not by recycling the old playbook, but by writing a new one.
What You’ll Do
- Coach, don’t command : Build a culture where reps are inspired by purpose and growth, not just carrot-and-stick incentives.
- Design the sales journey of 2025 : Leverage AI and CRM automation to improve call quality, personalize follow-ups, and coach in real time.
- Motivate intrinsically : Create systems where learning, recognition, and career growth drive performance.
- Recruit & develop talent : Attract and retain ambitious inside sales reps who thrive on impact and innovation.
- Bridge generations : Connect the drive of Gen Z and millennials with the revenue expectations of a growth-focused company.
- Make data human : Translate analytics into actionable insights that actually improve conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record of leading inside sales or telesales teams with measurable revenue growth.A coach’s mindset : you know how to build individuals, not just manage dashboards.Tech & AI fluency : you can practically apply tools to improve pipeline, forecasting, and coaching.Ability to inspire teams beyond incentives — storytelling, recognition, and growth pathways are second nature to you.Strong experience in ed-tech, healthcare, or high-volume B2C sales is preferred but not mandatory.Excellent communicator who can connect with both a young, digital-first workforce and senior leadership.What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months)
