Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of client-facing and internal projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across global locations. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
• Manage cross-functional teams across global time zones, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating when necessary
• Support customer escalations with urgency and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and communication
• Collaborate with resource managers and leadership to support capacity planning and forecasting
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports, and risk logs
• Ensure project tasks, owners, dependencies, and completion percentages are tracked and updated regularly
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools
