Equity Trader (Apply Now)

The Equity Trader is responsible for executing trades in equity markets to meet individual profit targets and contribute to the overall profit targets of the trading desk and the Treasury Department. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, the ability to identify profitable trading opportunities, and the expertise to manage risk within the bank’s defined risk appetite. The Equity Trader must ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance, including relevant guidelines, and maintain the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct in all dealings. Relationship building with stakeholders and creating a strong market network is key to maximizing trading success and aligning with the bank's broader financial goals.

• Educational Qualification- CA / MBA / PGDM / CFA or other relevant post graduate qualification will be preferred.
• Relevant Job Experience- Minimum 7-10 years in Banking or Financial services industry and at least 5 years in Treasury Department of any Bank / FI in middle or senior position.
• Skills and Competencies - Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis, Certificate in Treasury Management, Certified Treasury Dealer Course
