Technical Lead - Java / Spring Frameworks

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Java Lead with strong expertise in Java (11 / 17) and cloud technologies (preferably AWS). In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance software solutions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient applications using Java 11 / 17 and AWS.
• Lead technical design discussions and ensure best practices in architecture, coding, and performance.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing, learning, and innovation.
• Oversee the technical execution of projects, ensuring adherence to development standards and timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality codebases.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
