We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding our business outreach and client network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and generate qualified leads through cold calling & outreach through other means.
• Engage with CXOs, HR Heads, and Senior Leaders to introduce FyndBridge’s Executive search and other value added services.
• Maintain and update CRM data, track conversations, and follow up systematically to convert leads into opportunities.
• Support the Business Development team by setting up meetings and nurturing potential clients.
• Achieve weekly / monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
