Software Development Engineer-II (System Test)

Position Summary

We are seeking a System Test Engineer with deep expertise in testing SaaS-based cybersecurity platforms . This individual will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end system tests, validating integrations with external systems, and ensuring performance, reliability, and security of the platform. The ideal candidate brings a mix of automation, cloud, and cybersecurity testing experience, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute system-level test plans , test cases , and automated test scripts for a SaaS cybersecurity platform.
• Validate functionality, scalability , and performance of cloud-based security applications and their integration with ITSM systems .
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to increase coverage and streamline validation processes.
• Perform security , performance , and regression testing to identify bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and system issues.
• Test and validate functionality of endpoint agents and their communication with the central SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with product management , development , and DevOps teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software.
• Implement and execute API , integration , and user acceptance testing .
• Contribute to test strategy planning and continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes.
