Salesforce Release Manager - Copado Pipeline

Role : Salesforce Release Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute the end-to-end release management process using Copado.
• Configure and maintain Copado pipelines, quality gates, and automation processes.
• Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, including version control, continuous integration, and deployment strategies.
• Manage sandbox refresh processes and environment synchronization.
• Create and maintain documentation for deployment processes.
• Schedule and coordinate releases with the Change Review Board (CRB).
• Coach and mentor team members on DevOps best practices and Salesforce development standards.
• Lead training sessions on Copado tools and processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APEX, lightning components, APIs, webservices etc.
• Ability to work on production tickets and small projects in Salesforce.
