Role Overview : As a

Product Marketing Manager , you will drive the go-to-market strategy for our active component product lines (Renesas, NXP, ST Micro, Microchip, Nuvoton, etc.), collaborate with internal R&D, and partner with the national sales team to expand our customer base and market share across India.

Key Responsibilities :

Own GTM strategies and marketing execution for semiconductor product lines.

Identify, engage, and convert key players in the electronics space.

Build strong technical and commercial customer relationships.

Collaborate with global principals for technical marketing alignment.

Coordinate with pre-sales, R&D, and application teams to understand customer needs and propose solutions.

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and product demos.

Meet revenue targets and manage business cycles with key principals.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (must).

4 to 8 years of experience in product marketing in the semiconductor / electronics domain.

Experience working with or marketing

Renesas, NXP, ST Micro, Microchip, or Nuvoton .

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and market research tools.

Must be proactive, analytical, and team-oriented.

Interview Process :

Final Round – Face-to-Face (at Pune Office)
