Job descriptionEnd-to-end preparation of Tax Audit Reports , Transfer Pricing Reports , and Income Tax Returns . Advance tax computation and filings. Efficient handling of GST, Income Tax, ESI, and PF notices , with timely data compilation and liaison with government authorities.
Core Competencies :
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Preparation of Annual Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with IND AS , covering subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures (including international entities).
- Development of budgeted financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow forecasts.
- In-depth P&L and balance sheet analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Month-end closing activities, including expense provisioning and income accruals .
