Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer / Architect to lead the design and execution of Museum / Cultural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical knowledge, design innovation, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of Museum / Cultural facilities. This role involves managing teams, collaborating with clients and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design process from conceptualization to final execution.
• Manage and mentor junior architects, designers, and project teams.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
• Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
