As a Hub manager you will be responsible for planning and execution of HUB and Gateway operations of the Region, Monitoring of all matrix of performance of reach HUB and implementation of SOPs, quality service standards, transit time. Productivity and operations improvement and people management.
What would you be doing / Expected from this role
- Come in shift and ensure all Hub activities are carried out in time to ensure targets on On-Time Dispatch of vehicles and On-Time delivery.
- Specific activities to be done and supervised :
- Orders routing, Assigning of vehicles and CEEs.
- Shift huddles.
- Arrange adequate CEEs Andean as per orders load.
- Coordinate with DC for timely arrival of crates and clear any discrepancies.
- Crate segregation and vanQC.
- Dispatch of all vans onetime.
- Monitoring of deliveries and assist CEEs on locations and any process issues.
- Record delivery exception son return of CEEs.
- Coordinate with CS for any delays, cancellations, and debit notes.
Who are we looking for
5 to 8 years of on ground experience in hiring and managing recruitment teams in the blue-collar hiring space.Excellent knowledge in the retail ecommerce industryAbility to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology.Excellent Presentation skillsStrong Analytical skillsA motivated, self-directed individual that works well with minimal supervision.Experience in organizational communication (internal and external)Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to others; write reports, business correspondence, project plans, procedural documents, and playbooks.Experience working directly with higher management / leadership team is desirable.Should have the experience in managing multiple projects with stringent deadlines and multiple stakeholders.Skills Required
