About the Role :
The Talent Acquisition will play a strategic role in shaping the company’s people agenda.
This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on recruitment excellence , ensuring Sunrise Naturals attracts, develops, and retains top talent in key business areas — Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, Operations, and Sales.
The role will work directly with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to design and implement HR systems, performance frameworks, and organization culture aligned with business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Lead end-to-end hiring across all levels — from managerial to leadership roles.
- Understand business requirements and proactively identify talent needs.
- Source and attract high-quality professionals from manufacturing, export, or FMCG industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, institutes, and industry networks.
- Develop employer branding initiatives — LinkedIn content, culture showcases, and referral programs.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and recruitment dashboard for critical roles.
- HR Strategy & Organization Development
- Define and refine organization structure, reporting lines, and job descriptions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and code of conduct.
- Design performance management systems (PMS) with measurable KPIs for each department.
- Support succession planning and build second-line leadership within the company.
- Conduct manpower planning in coordination with departmental heads.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) with support staff.
- Implement and maintain HRMS / ERP-based employee data management.
- Manage employee documentation, leaves, and exit processes.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and teamwork.
- Develop training and development programs for skill upgradation.
- Drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Conduct periodic reviews and support management in performance decisions.
Qualifications :
10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role focused on Talent Acquisition & HR Strategy.Required Skills :
Proven ability to hire for quality, niche, and leadership roles in manufacturing or export-oriented companies.Hands-on experience with recruitment portals, LinkedIn hiring, and headhunting.Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and performance systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to influence senior management.
