Description :

We are seeking an experienced AEM Lead Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5+), Java development, and modern web frameworks.

You will be responsible for leading development efforts, designing scalable architectures, and guiding a team to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant digital solutions.

Key Skills & Technical Expertise :

AEM Expertise :

Strong hands-on experience with AEM 6.5+ (components, templates, workflows, OSGi, JSP, HTL).
Proficient in AEM architecture, dispatcher configurations, and integrations.

Backend & Integration :

Solid knowledge of Java / J2EE, RESTful APIs, Spring, and Microservices.

Understanding of secure coding and design best practices.

Frontend :

Exposure to Angular or React frameworks.

Cloud & DevOps :

Experience with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry), Jenkins, and Git.

Database :

Familiarity with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.

Responsibilities :

Lead and develop AEM / Java-based solutions in an agile, distributed team environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, design, and story grooming.

Ensure delivery of high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications.

Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and support production systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Proven experience as a Tech Lead on enterprise-level AEM implementations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Passionate about continuous improvement and staying updated with new technologies.
