Key Responsibilities :

1. Property Marketing : Effectively market properties under sale to attract potential buyers.

2. Lead Generation : Identify and establish connections with prospective purchasers, generating leads that align with property sales goals.

3. Auction Participation : Engage and encourage leads and identified purchasers to participate in auction sales.

4. Property Inspections : Organize and facilitate property inspections for interested purchasers to ensure a seamless viewing experience.

5. Property Maintenance : Oversee the general upkeep of properties to maintain appealing and market-ready conditions.

Ideal Candidate Profile :
