Job Description

  • . 10+ years of IT experience with min 2 years as an Appian Architect
  • . Build and support applications using Appian
  • . Create architectural designs for lightly coupled suites of applications to individual features
  • . End-to-end technical design, development, stabilization, and enhancement of Appian applications
  • . Create data model designs, SQL Queries, and / or Stored Procedures
  • . Lead and participate in technical and operations reviews to learn from and share knowledge with your teammates
  • . Organize and track progress and maintain documentation using Document repositories
  • . Build and share reusable components.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • . Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements B Work on enhancement, and change requests from LOB
  • . Collaborate and Mentor the junior resources to achieve the task
  • . Able to work on the task independently
  • . Adhere / Conduct / Participate in a standard agile process
  • . Willing to provide support after office hours if needed
  • . Follow the release management code deployment process to migrate the code changes.

    • Required Knowledge

  • . Engineering degree / Degree in IT / Computer Applications
  • . Very Good knowledge of Software Development
  • . Extensive knowledge in Agile methodologies and Management tools like QC and JIRA
  • . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • . Work exposure in Agile projects. Good understanding of Agile ceremonies including tools like JIRA
  • . Strong Communication Skills and capability to deal with business Global counterparts independently
  • . Attitude to learn new technologies and working on new projects
  • . Flexible to handle ad-hoc requests / agile projects.
