Requirement Gathering & Tool Setup

Understand performance benchmarks and set up tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.

Load & Stress Testing

Simulate concurrent users and transactions to measure system scalability.

Monitoring & Analysis

Track CPU, memory, and network utilization during tests; identify bottlenecks.

Defect Reporting & Optimization

Document performance issues and recommend tuning strategies.

Benchmarking & Reporting

Provide detailed performance reports against SLAs and KPIs.
