Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Engineering or similar

Role & Responsibilities :

• Define performance testing objectives and scope with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Create realistic test scripts and scenarios emulating real-world workloads.
• Ensure test environment mimics production.
• Monitor system performance (response time, throughput, error rates, utilization).
• Identify bottlenecks, root causes, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Create detailed reports with metrics, charts, and logs.
• Communicate progress, issues, and results to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior testers, provide training, and share best practices.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams.
• Stay updated with tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate test artifacts (plans, scripts, reports).
