Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech and Language Therapist based in Delhi, India. The Speech and Language Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include creating tailored therapy plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with families, caregivers, or other professionals to improve the functional communication abilities of individuals. Accurate documentation and progress tracking will also be an essential part of the role, ensuring continuous improvement and support for patients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Speech Therapy and addressing speech-related challenges
• Experience in diagnosing and treating Dysphagia and other swallowing difficulties
• Proficiency in evaluating and managing Communication Disorders
• Skills in identifying and managing Language Disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with individuals of diverse backgrounds and needs
• Ability to create customized therapy plans and adapt them to patient progress
• Relevant professional certifications or licensure in Speech and Language Therapy
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, or a related field preferred
