Job Title : Senior Finance Executive / Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts Experience : 5–7 years in a reputed organization Location : Noida (Work from Office) Shift Timing : 3 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM (to align with US time zone) Travel : Self-managed Key Responsibilities : Prepare project-wise and deal-wise profitability reports, along with quarterly and annual financial statements. Manage statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors (including Big 4 firms). Demonstrate strong knowledge of IND-AS and IFRS standards. Handle end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes. Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls, including working knowledge of ICFR. Develop quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and perform trend analysis. Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and accounting procedures. Collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Exposure to US compliance requirements (e.G., 1099, W2, W4, 1095) is a plus. Generate MIS reports covering revenue, margins, business unit analysis, and scenario-based (what-if) analysis. Support data integrity and revenue recognition processes in SAP S / 4HANA. Skills & Competencies : Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced MS Excel / Office tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment.
