Role Overview
The
Senior Manager – Training
will be responsible for driving the strategic and operational delivery of training initiatives at the account level. This role involves ensuring that all training goals are met, managing learning service integration and transition, and leading a team of managers and training professionals to deliver world-class learning experiences aligned with business objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure all training goals and objectives are achieved at the account level.
Create and implement
learning service integration and transition plans , ensuring timely and effective execution of all related activities.
Manage and coordinate the integration and transition of learning services, collaborating with customers and stakeholders to meet requirements.
Develop and maintain
positive relationships
with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with established training practices; design and deploy new training frameworks when needed.
Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure the
Learning Management System (LMS)
supports seamless training integration and delivery.
Assess, track, and report on learning service performance, providing
regular updates
on progress and outcomes.
Create, maintain, and share reports and documentation as per agreed timelines.
Facilitate
learning service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives , identifying and implementing best practices.
Manage and allocate training resources based on business needs, ensuring all
SOW (Statement of Work)
terms are met.
Mentor and coach
new and existing team members to build capability and drive performance.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
Digital Marketing or Content Moderation training .
7+ years of people leadership experience , including at least
3 years managing managers .
Strong knowledge of
Learning & Development (L&D)
best practices.
Proven track record in
training program design, development, and management .
Excellent
leadership, stakeholder management, and communication
skills.
Good to Have
Understanding of the
Advertising, Marketing , and / or
Content Moderation
domains.
Experience in
Content Design & Development .
Hands-on experience with
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
and related activities.
