Five9 is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Product Manager, AI Innovation Applications to lead the development of two strategic product areas :

• AI Insights – advanced analytics tools that leverage AI to extract actionable insights from customer interactions.
• GenAI Platform – a management console where customers can design, test, and deploy generative AI prompts across their contact center.

This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation and customer experience. You’ll define product strategy, translate customer needs into clear requirements, and collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for our customers.
