[High Salary] Sr. Manager Corporate Communications

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans that support the NBFC's business objectives and brand positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive coverage and act as a primary media contact.
• Create and distribute compelling content for various channels, including press releases, website copy, newsletters, social media posts, and internal communications.
• Oversee employee communication programs to ensure consistent and effective messaging, fostering employee engagement and alignment.
• Develop and implement crisis communication plans to proactively manage potential reputation risks and provide timely, effective responses to any issues that arise.
• Foster strong relationships with investors, customers, partners, and other key stakeholders through targeted communication initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, campaign performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a company spokesperson to handle media inquiries, interviews, and other public engagements.
