Manager / Senior Manager – Corporate Communications

to lead location-level communications at our Jajpur plant.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end internal communication at the plant : from notice boards to digital screens, WhatsApp groups, newsletters, and leadership messages.

Create engaging content in

English, Hindi, and Odia

for newsletters, events, campaigns, and intranet platforms.

Lead employee engagement through events (Founder’s Day, Women’s Day, etc.) and recognition programs.

Coordinate with CSR, HR, and Central Corp Comm teams to plan campaigns, develop creatives, and manage branding.

Manage vendor relationships, content production (including video, photo shoots), and budget tracking.

Liaise with local media for coverage, draft press releases, and support media fam trips and visits.

Support plant-level initiatives, VIP visits, and internal branding activities across the facility.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years

of experience in corporate / internal / plant communications

Excellent writing skills in

English, Odia, and Hindi

Strong event / project management, content development, and stakeholder engagement skills

Confident public speaker and creative thinker

Working knowledge of design tools like Canva, basic video editing, photography, and intranet tools

Empathy and ability to connect with plant-level teams and workers

Experience managing vendors and driving campaigns end to end.

Preferred Education

MBA / PGDM in Communications or Marketing

Graduate / Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism or PR

Preferred institutes : IIMC, MICA, ACJ, XIC, Symbiosis
