Job Description
As an Area Sales Manager for Sales & Distribution Domestic Business, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations within your designated area. You will be tasked with developing and implementing effective sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and promoting our products and services to potential and existing customers.
Principal Accountabilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned areabr Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targetsbr Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accountsbr Negotiate and close agreements with large customersbr Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvementsbr Prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales forecastsbr Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunitiesbr Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needsbr Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistencybr Stay uptodate with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on boardbr Understand and adapt to the domestic trade market and its nuancesbr Use analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needsbr Develop and maintain an understanding of the competitive market landscapebr Demonstrate strong negotiation networking and influencing skills to secure profitable contracts and dealsbr Foster and maintain excellent customer relationships ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionbr The role requires a strategic thinker with a global mindset strong business and commercial acumen and a knack for entrepreneurshipbr The candidate should also excel in communication networking negotiation customer relationship management and persuasion skills
