9-15 yrs of experience in

Siebel CRM

design, configuration, scripting, and workflow.

Expertise in one or more modules : Siebel CSW, Open UI, Order Management, Product Configuration, Workforce Management, PRM / Dealer Management, Field Service, BI Publisher, EAI / EIM, CTI, and Customer Billing Care.

Experience on

Siebel version 20.xxxx or above

preferred.

Proven

technical leadership experience

in Siebel development projects.

Knowledge of

Oracle Communications RODOD

implementation and

application integrations

using Web Services / REST APIs.

Strong skills in

SQL, PL / SQL , and scripting (Shell, Perl, Python, Selenium).

Familiarity with

JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap

and

Cloud-native technologies

(Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with

DevOps tools

like Git, Jenkins, Maven; exposure to Chef / Ansible is a plus.

Good understanding of

BSS applications , telecom business processes, and E2E project implementations.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong team player.
