Technical oversight : Set out the site, check technical drawings for accuracy, and ensure materials and work align with project specifications.

Quality control : Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the project meets agreed-upon standards.

Safety and compliance : Ensure all on-site activities adhere to health, safety, and legal regulations.

Problem-solving : Provide technical advice and resolve any technical difficulties that arise on site.

Coordination and communication : Liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals, and manage the site labor force.

Documentation : Prepare site reports, log progress, and maintain project documentation.
