Key responsibilities

Project management : Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish including planning and scheduling.

Technical oversight : Set out the site check technical drawings for accuracy and ensure materials and work align with project specifications.

Quality control : Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the project meets agreed-upon standards.

Safety and compliance : Ensure all on-site activities adhere to health safety and legal regulations.

Problem-solving : Provide technical advice and resolve any technical difficulties that arise on site.

Coordination and communication : Liaise with clients subcontractors architects and other professionals and manage the site labor force.

Documentation : Prepare site reports log progress and maintain project documentation.
