We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive all digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in team management, SEO, social media strategy, content supervision, client communication, and performance marketing (paid campaigns).
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, guide, and mentor the digital marketing team, including SEO specialists, social media executives, content writers, and graphic designers.
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Develop campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and brand presence.
- Review, edit, and approve content, creatives, videos, infographics, and marketing collateral.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Track campaign performance, ROI, CPC / CPA metrics, and prepare analytical reports.
- Understand client requirements, prepare strategies, share progress reports, and ensure delivery as per expectations.
- Build strong client relationships and support client retention.
- Plan monthly and quarterly digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze data from campaigns, website analytics, and social performance to make data-driven decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).6-9 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a managerial / team lead role.Strong knowledge of SEO, SMO, SEM, SMM, content strategy, and performance marketing.Experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush / Ahrefs, Ads Manager, etc.Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and client-handling skills.
