Solution Architect - Servicenow Architect Role Overview

The Solution Architect will design and architect scalable, AI-powered learning experiences for ServiceNow University within the Connected Customer Experience (CCX) organization. The role focuses on enterprise solution design , workflow automation , integration frameworks , and AI / ML enablement on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design

Architect end-to-end scalable and AI-enabled solutions for the ServiceNow University (SNU) product.

Create solution blueprints integrating data, workflows, AI / ML models, and third-party applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform consistency and reusability .

Design API frameworks, workflow automation, and modular solution components .

Learning Platform Enablement

Translate business requirements into technical designs and integrations .

Architect AI-driven learning solutions (simulation-based learning, personalization, etc.).

Ensure data security, consistency, and compliance across the platform.

Promote best practices in platform extensibility, configuration, and modularization.

Technical Strategy & Leadership

Lead architecture reviews , ensuring scalability and performance.

Provide guidance and trade-off analysis on design choices.

Influence product direction and roadmap with technical insights.

Align SNU's architecture with enterprise-wide standards and frameworks.

Experience Requirements

Total Experience : 8+ years in enterprise solution architecture, platform engineering, or application design.

Relevant Experience : Strong exposure to ServiceNow or equivalent enterprise workflow platforms.
