About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Affiliate Manager to expand our company’s presence in New Delhi, India. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end affiliate operations, from acquisition and onboarding to campaign setup, optimization, and payout management. The Affiliate Manager will work hands-on with demand-side platforms (DSPs) to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, while also collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end affiliate operations -acquisition, onboarding, campaign setup, optimization & payouts.

Work hands-on with DSPs to track, analyze, and optimize campaigns.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in Account Management, Client Relations, or Sales

Strong understanding of the Indian business environment and customer expectations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is highly preferred.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
